- Meet the group in the evening (approx. 8:00–9:00 PM); Chandigarh travellers join en route
- Board the overnight Volvo towards Shimla

Day 2 – Shimla to Sangla | Christmas Eve in Kinnaur
Shimla ➝ Kufri ➝ Narkanda ➝ Rampur ➝ Kinnaur Gate ➝ Karcham ➝ Sangla (approx. 220 km)
- Meet your trip captain in Shimla and freshen up
- Winter drive through the Kufri–Narkanda belt and along the Sutlej
- Photo stop at the Kinnaur Gate, then climb into the Baspa Valley
- Reach Sangla (2,621 m) for the Christmas Eve group dinner

Day 3 – Christmas Day | Rakcham, Chitkul & Kalpa

- Chitkul (3,450 m), the last village on the Indo-Tibet road (subject to snow clearance)
- Scenic halts at Batseri on the way back
- Reach Kalpa (2,759 m) for the Christmas celebration, group photo and dinner

Day 4 – Kalpa to Shimla | Overnight Volvo
Kalpa ➝ Reckong Peo ➝ Rampur ➝ Narkanda ➝ Shimla
- Morning walk through Old Kalpa (Chini), the Narayan Nagini temple and Kalpa monastery
- Roghi cliff viewpoint, only if the road is safe
- Drive back to Shimla and board the overnight Volvo
