Frequently Asked Questions

Is 5 days enough to experience Spiti Valley from Mumbai?
A 4N/5D trip is a quick, compact itinerary designed for travelers who want to see the main highlights like Kaza, Key Monastery, and nearby villages, though it involves longer drives on some days.
Can Chandratal Lake be included in a 5-day package?
Due to limited time, most 4N/5D itineraries skip Chandratal and focus on Kaza and nearby high-altitude villages for a feasible schedule.
How physically demanding is a 5-day Spiti trip?
It involves long mountain drives and light walking at high altitudes. Moderate fitness is sufficient, but travelers should be prepared for winding roads and altitude changes.

How can travelers minimize the risk of altitude sickness?
Gradual ascent, staying hydrated, resting properly, and avoiding strenuous activity in the first 1–2 days are crucial for a short high-altitude trip.
Are meals included in this itinerary?
Most packages include breakfast, while some also offer lunch or dinner. Travelers can also sample local Tibetan and Himachali dishes along the way.
Is this itinerary suitable for families or senior travelers?
